Q: What products are used in the salon or spa?
A: Lemongrass exclusively uses AVEDA hair, skin, and body care products. In our nail spa, we exclusively use OPI traditional polishes and GELColor by OPI.
Q: Do you accept walk-in services?
A: Due to the high volume nature of our locations, an appointment is recommended for any service. However, we do accommodate walk-in guests if scheduling permits.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: All phone calls are directed to our call center and a reservations specialist would be happy to help you at 817-332-1155.
Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel my upcoming appointment?
A: Lemongrass requires a 24 hour notice for any appointments needing to be canceled or rescheduled. This is out of respect of our stylists' time and allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Lemongrass does offer reminder calls, texts, and emails 48 hours prior to your appointment to give our guests the opportunity to reschedule any conflicting appointments in advance.
Q: What if I completely miss an appointment without notifying Lemongrass?
A: In these situations, time has specifically been set aside for you and you may be asked to provide a credit or debit card on file to reserve future appointments. Lemongrass does offer reminder calls, texts, and emails 48 hours prior to your appointment to minimize this and to give our guests the opportunity to reschedule any conflicting appointments, before a card on file is required.
Q: What if I am tardy to my appointment?
A: If you are tardy to your appointment, we will make our best efforts to accommodate you, but your experience may be shortened in order to accommodate guests with appointments following yours.
Q: Are children welcomed to my appointment?
A: We do welcome children receiving services in our salon or spa. However, we strongly request that arrangements for children not receiving a service that day be made prior to your appointment. We love little ones, but also want to respect the other guests relaxing throughout the salon or spa. This also allows your service provider to focus solely on you for the entirety of your time with us.
Q: What is a surcharge and why is it added onto my service?
A: Due to the rising cost associated with doing business, Lemongrass charges a nominal service charge on the services provided. Pricing is as follows:
services: $1.00 - $20.00 : $0.00
$21.00 - $50.00 : $1.50
$51.00 - $120 : $2.50
$121.00 and up : $3.50
all women's cuts are subject to a flat $2.50 surcharge
Q: Do you close for inclement weather?
A: In the event of inclement weather, Lemongrass will decide on a day to day basis if we will be opening for business. We will make every effort to contact you prior to your service to reschedule your appointments. Keep up with us on Facebook and Instagram for more in the moment updates.
Q: What if I am not happy with my service?
A: At Lemongrass, we always want you to be happy with your experience. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 14 calendar days.
